Ruby And Lime Quencher Salad

Marks and Spencer has done it again, releasing a new range of themed foods- The Great British Summer range. I love fruit and was immediately drawn to the sandcastle shaped tub of summer fruits- watermelon, strawberries, kiwis and lime jelly seashells. The fruit and jelly was very refreshing and perfect for Summer! Healthy, delicious and filling at only 170 calories  what's not to love.. Marks and Spencer is the way forward for Summer 2013.
